The program serves first responders (police, fire, EMS), active duty & retired military, border patrol, law enforcement, teachers & school staff, healthcare professionals, and utility workers across Arizona.

What is the exact fee structure? ＋

Sellers: Pay a tiered listing fee of $8,000 flat (homes up to $600,000) or 1.25% (homes above $600,000).

Sellers also agree to offer an additional $8,000 (or 1.25%) as compensation specifically for an unrepresented buyer (no buyer's agent).

If the buyer has their own agent: Buyer agent compensation is negotiated separately between the buyer and their agent (often included in offer terms). The unrepresented buyer compensation does not apply in this case.
