How much does Clearly Sold charge?

A straight answer on the standard structure, what the scope includes, and how compensation is handled before you commit.

The short answer

Clearly Sold's standard structure is $8,888 per applicable transaction side for sale prices up to and including $550,000, and 2% of the full sale price above $550,000. Compensation is negotiable and governed by the applicable written agreement.

Who the flat fee is for

The flat-fee listing is positioned for experienced, confident sellers who want to control their own process, with a clearly defined scope of work. The honest tradeoff is that you are buying a service level, not a team.

Buyer-broker compensation

Buyer-broker compensation is separate and negotiable, and sellers are not required to offer it. How it is handled is set out in the applicable written agreements before you commit.

Next step

Compare the flat fee against full service on your home.

The right answer depends on your property, your price point, and your own time. We will walk you through the net proceeds under each option so the decision is about the numbers.
