Who qualifies for Rewarding Heroes?

The short answer
Rewarding Heroes is a transparent discounted real estate service program for qualifying community heroes, including military, law enforcement, fire and rescue, first responders, teachers and school administration, doctors, nurses and healthcare workers, border patrol, and utility workers.
A service program, not cash-back
The program is a real estate service, not cash-back or a rebate. It is delivered through Market Launch, with a standard structure of $8,000 per applicable transaction side for sale prices up to and including $550,000, and 2% of the full sale price above $550,000, governed by the applicable written agreement.
How to get started
Getting started is a strategy call, with no application or verification gate on the page. Hero eligibility for the service does not establish eligibility for a loan, grant, or assistance program, which carry their own separate requirements.
